1. Giới thiệu / Introduction
Ứng dụng này là một công cụ tính toán tài chính cá nhân, bao gồm tính thuế, tính lãi suất tiết kiệm và các công cụ liên quan. Ứng dụng hoạt động hoàn toàn trên thiết bị của người dùng và có thể sử dụng ngay cả khi không có kết nối internet. Khi có kết nối, ứng dụng có thể gửi thông báo cho người dùng về các thay đổi, cập nhật hoặc quy định mới.
This application is a personal financial calculation tool, including tax calculation, savings interest calculation, and related tools. The application operates entirely on the user's device and can be used even without an internet connection. When connected to the internet, the application may send notifications to users about changes, updates, or new regulations.
2. Thu thập và sử dụng dữ liệu / Data Collection and Usage
- Ứng dụng không thu thập, lưu trữ hoặc chia sẻ bất kỳ thông tin cá nhân nào của người dùng. Tất cả dữ liệu tính toán được xử lý cục bộ trên thiết bị của người dùng và không được truyền ra bên ngoài.
- Ứng dụng có thể sử dụng kết nối internet để gửi thông báo về các cập nhật, nhưng không thu thập thông tin người dùng hoặc theo dõi hoạt động của họ.
- The application does not collect, store, or share any personal information from users. All calculations are processed locally on the user's device and are not transmitted externally.
- The application may use an internet connection to send notifications about updates, but it does not collect user information or track user activities.
3. Bảo vệ thông tin / Information Protection
Vì ứng dụng không thu thập thông tin cá nhân, nên không có dữ liệu nào được lưu trữ trên máy chủ hoặc chia sẻ với bên thứ ba. Người dùng có toàn quyền kiểm soát dữ liệu trên thiết bị của mình.
Since the application does not collect personal information, no data is stored on servers or shared with third parties. Users have full control over the data on their devices.
4. Tuân thủ pháp luật Việt Nam / Compliance with Vietnamese Laws
Ứng dụng tuân thủ các quy định của Việt Nam về bảo mật và an ninh mạng, bao gồm:
• Luật An toàn thông tin mạng 2015.
• Luật An ninh mạng 2018.
• Nghị định 53/2022/NĐ-CP – Quy định chi tiết về lưu trữ dữ liệu và biện pháp bảo vệ an ninh mạng.
• Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP – Quy định về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.
The application complies with Vietnamese regulations on data protection and cybersecurity, including:
• The 2015 Law on Cyber Information Security.
• The 2018 Cybersecurity Law.
• Decree No. 53/2022/ND-CP on data storage and cybersecurity protection measures.
• Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
5. Cập nhật chính sách / Privacy Policy Updates
Chính sách bảo mật có thể được cập nhật theo thay đổi của pháp luật và nhu cầu sử dụng thực tế. Người dùng nên kiểm tra phiên bản mới nhất trước khi sử dụng ứng dụng.
The privacy policy may be updated from time to time to comply with legal changes and actual usage needs. Users should check the latest version of the policy before using the application.
